I just wanted to say that Palace Inn Hotel has been a wonderful experience for me. I was a victim of Hurricane Harvey and Palace Inn took me in and treated me with respect and hospitality. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the features you can imagine. I came here last year and I still reside here due to the fact that our house was taken. The Palace Inn is located conveniently in the Willowbrook area. i feel very much at home here and have always felt safe as well. I recommend Palace Inn to all my friends, co workers, family and even people I just meet. They have great parking to be able to see your vehicle and complimentary breakfast every morning. Thank you to the staff and owner of Palace Inn for all the things you have gone out of your way for me and my son..This was my post several months back, and I just wanted to thank Palace Inn staff for all their continued excellent sevice!!!
Very pleasant staff . A variety of programming on television, bug free and literally in walking distance from the mall. On site laundry and vending area. Quiet and very accommodating. I even extended past my original itinerary because of the proximity of shops and cleanliness of rooms. Now if you like steaming hot showers, you may find disappointment. It may have just been my personal taste but it never heated past warm. The last night of my stay things got a little busy with the commings and goings. It definitely added character all in all knowing only one person on this side of town i was completely comfortable and didn't need anything beyond the comforts the room and hospitable staff. Well worth the the price point.

Third time staying here. Friendly management, clean rooms. The property is clean. Quiet, tucked right off FM1960, close to great restaurants and Willowbrook mall. The AC blows great in the room. Good water pressure. Overall a wonderful stay.

After a miserable day of traveling and getting stuck in Houston it was so wonderful to be greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Everyone at the Palace Inn went above and beyond. it meant to much to be greeted with smiling faces and a friendly staff. The lobby was very nice, beautiful property, they had great accommodations & a clean room for our stay. I was very impressed. I was here for work and this will definitely be my go to place.
This place is one of the safest, affordable, clean, and updated motels I have ever stayed in. The staff, which is friendly, courteous, and very helpful, is the cherry on top! They deserve 10 stars....I would recommend it over all motels in this area. There must have been a recent change in ownership or management because in the past I have heard this place to be unforgiving, rude, and too judgemental. Thus resulting in my consideration for ever staying here. I'm extremely happy with this place overall and here to report as a local.. that negative rumors are false
Very quite, I don't understand the reviews about Roaches. Been here a week and haven't seen a single roach. Maybe those complaining about Roaches brought the Roaches with them into the room. Those complaining about been staying there for months not getting room services, even myself wouldn't expect them to clean my room and sheets etc because being there for more than a week I'd prefer to have my own towels and sheets and clean my own room anyhow because then I know it's being cleaned to my liking. The young lady and young man at the front desk are wonderful and even brought me a Christmas gift surprisingly. Was shortbread cookies some plain and some coated in white/milk chocolate. Very tasty, was very thoughtful of them. Summary of this review is that there are some nasty people out there and they are the ones that write nasty reviews in denial that they are the ones bringing in the Roaches and being messy not keeping their room clean which is very easily done. The couches may be faded but you can easily throw a blanket over it to give it a different look.
